Kelly has been a Realtor since 1991 in Northern Colorado.
Her team is consistently within the top 5 selling teams for the Mountain States Region. She is the only broker in her office to have received the prestigious Titan award in 2017, followed by the Circle of Legends in 2018. She served as the President of the Boulder Area of Realtor Association and was honored by them in 2018 as their Realtor of the Year. As the media spokesperson for the Colorado Association of Realtors and chair of the Research Committee, she compiles all of the statewide housing market statistics and is recognized as the expert in local real estate market statistics and trends.
She appears on local TV news often, regularly does interviews for NPR, has appeared on the national CBS Evening News, and in an episode of House Hunters for HGTV.
Kelly has two additional brokers on her team and licensed Business Manager. She has 2 kids and teaches group fitness and cycling at Lifetime Fitness in Broomfield.
